In a word, cold! Temperatures can range, but will likely be between 9 and 29 degrees farenheit. It could also snow a bit! We recommend keeping an eye on the weather before you travel to determine how much winter gear you'll need.
But don't worry-- it will be toasty warm indoors and we won't be spending any more time outside than necessary.
Our wedding dress code is black tie optional. Suits are appropriate and tuxedos are not required (although they're encouraged). Floor-length dresses are more than welcome, but a dressy, knee-length or tea-length cocktail dress is also appropriate.
St. Paul's does not have a parking lot, therefore, guests will need to park on the surrounding neighborhood streets. There is no shortage of street parking, but we do recommend getting to the church early to accomodate for the time it will take to park and walk.
We recommend carpooling with other guests to make getting around town easier!
Guests may park across the street from the Blaisdell at City of Lakes Waldorf School starting at 4:30pm on the day of the wedding. There is also street parking available.
Please note that only friends and family aged ten years and older are invited to this celebration. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day.
Yes! All guests are welcome to receive Holy Communion. You do not need to be Episcopalian or a baptized Christian to receive Communion at our church.
If you choose not to receive Communion, you may either (1) stay seated while while other guests receive Communion or (2) come to the altar and receive a blessing from one of the priests.
